OUR PROMISE

At Mivorelle we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy we are here to help.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

- Item is unused and unwashed
- Item is in original packaging
- Item is not a final sale item


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

- Used or washed items
- Items without original packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
- Intimate items for hygiene reasons


HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Email support@mivorelle.com with:
   - Your order number
   - Reason for return
   - Photo of item if defective

2. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and address

3. Ship the item back to our return address

4. Once received, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days


RETURN SHIPPING

- Defective or wrong item — 
  We cover return shipping cost ✅

- Change of mind — 
  Customer covers return shipping cost


REFUNDS

- Refunds are issued to your original payment method

- Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive your return

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable


EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return your item and place a new order.


DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

If you received a defective or wrong item, please email us immediately at  support@mivorelle.com with:
- Your order number
- Photo of the defective item
- Description of the issue

We will resolve this for you within 24 hours. 💝
